k555 Terms and Conditions — What Pakistani Players Need to Know

Welcome to k555. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on k555 (accessible at k555.life), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the k555 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and k555. The agreement covers your use of all games, promotional offers, payment services, and any other feature of the k555 platform. They apply regardless of how you access k555 — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any supported application.

k555 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of k555 after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active players of material changes through in-platform notifications or email.

To create and maintain a k555 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k555 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
• You must be the account holder and be using your own funds. k555 does not permit third-party deposits or wagering on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a k555 employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any of the above.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have an active request for self-exclusion at the time of registering or playing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

k555 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on k555. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are not allowed. If k555 detects that a player has registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated through promotional funds may be confiscated.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. k555 uses your Pakistani mobile number as the primary account identifier. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your password with any third party.
• Notifying k555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your contact details up to date so k555 can reach you for verification or important notifications.
• Ensuring that all deposits made to your account originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

All transactions on k555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k555 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

All deposit methods must be registered in the same name as your k555 account. k555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to other individuals, or any method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Deposits made via third-party methods may be returned and the account subject to review.

k555 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the same business day for bank IBFT. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your k555 account.

• Withdrawals are processed seven days a week, including weekends and Pakistani public holidays.
• k555 does not charge withdrawal fees on any standard transaction. Larger withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms. Only the real-money portion of a balance is freely withdrawable at any time.
• k555 reserves the right to request verification documentation (CNIC copy, payment method screenshot) before approving withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is for your protection against fraud.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before they are processed. Once a withdrawal has been marked as sent, it cannot be reversed.

k555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions. By claiming any bonus on k555, you agree to the applicable terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not part of your real-money balance until any applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and card games contribute at a reduced rate specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• k555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across outcomes, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.

All games available on k555 operate under their own individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for gameplay mechanics, while these Terms govern all financial and account-related matters.

k555's certified games use independently audited random number generators or provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The platform's average published RTP is 97%, meaning Rs 97 is returned to players in aggregate for every Rs 100 wagered over time. This does not guarantee individual session results.

• In the event of a technical failure (server outage, disconnection, browser crash) during a game round, the round will be settled according to its status at the point of failure. k555 uses server-side processing — the outcome of a round is not affected by your device's connectivity.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect display of winnings (such as a game incorrectly showing a payout far in excess of the published maximum), k555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Incorrectly displayed wins are not binding.
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the game mechanics — including the use of automated betting software, bots, or exploiting known bugs — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from k555.

The k555 VIP Club operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling monthly periods. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP Club page and are subject to periodic review.

• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday in real PKR with no wagering requirements. The cashback rate increases with each VIP tier.
• VIP status is maintained by sustaining the wagering activity required for each tier. Players who fall below a tier's maintenance threshold will be downgraded at the end of the relevant review period.
• Gold and Diamond members are assigned a personal account manager who can be contacted via direct messaging during business hours.
• k555 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and benefits with 14 days' notice to active VIP members. Material changes will be communicated via the contact details registered on your k555 account.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another player.

The k555 Refer a Friend programme rewards existing players for introducing new players to the platform. The current referral reward is Rs 1,000 per qualifying referral, credited to your k555 PKR wallet upon completion of the qualifying conditions.

Qualifying Conditions: A referral qualifies when the referred player (a) registers using your unique referral link, (b) creates a genuinely new account not previously associated with k555, and (c) makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500 in a single transaction.

• Self-referrals (referring yourself using a second device or a different identity) are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all referral earnings and potential account suspension.
• Referral rewards are credited as real PKR with no wagering requirements and are withdrawable immediately.
• There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals a player may make. Referral earnings accumulate indefinitely.
• k555 reserves the right to review all referral activity for compliance with these Terms. Referrals that appear to have been generated artificially, through incentivised sign-ups, or through any form of manipulation will not be credited.
• k555 may modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend programme at any time, with 7 days' notice. Referrals that have already qualified prior to any programme change will still be credited.

k555 takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer a range of tools to help players stay in control, and these tools are a right, not a privilege. You can access them at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing at selected intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from the platform for any period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from k555. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are stopped and your account is locked from play.

k555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that has violated these Terms, without prior notice where urgent action is necessary. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Holding more than one k555 account simultaneously.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms, game bugs, or promotional offers through manipulation or collusion.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward k555 staff or other players.
• Use of the platform in any manner that k555 reasonably believes may constitute a criminal offence.

In cases of confirmed Terms violations, k555 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable, any winnings generated through violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned net of any obligations, unless the deposit itself was made in violation of these Terms (e.g., through a fraudulent payment method).

k555 collects and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Personal data is used only to operate your account, process transactions, comply with verification obligations, and communicate with you about your account and offers.
• k555 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and appropriate security measures at rest.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data k555 holds on you, and to request correction or deletion of inaccurate data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

• Continued use of k555 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree with any change, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your real-money balance before the changes take effect.
